My son and I were looking for a more traditional martial art. We found Halama's Martial Arts. My son was being bullied at school and I, at 41, didn't think I would see 50.
My son is no longer bullied and actively participates in school events. His confidence level is through the roof and he feels like he has accomplished something worthwhile.
I have quit smoking and lost 30 pounds. I feel better in every way and am no longer fearful of 50. In addition, I have progressed further in TKD than I had originally hoped. I am training to earn my black belt now.

My daughter wanted to try martial arts, so I called up this place. We were able to get down there the same day for a tour and she got to break a board. She started class the same day. She was nervous, but it was very fun.

Master Halama is a very good teacher. My son has learned how to focus a bit more and has had a lot of fun as well learning taekwondo.
Definitely one of the better martial arts schools in the area. Kids have fun and I can see the difference in attitude, discipline, confidence, etc. Crazy improvements which is what I was looking for when I signed them up...actually exceeded what I was hoping for.
